Schedule:   4:00 pm - 4:45 pm   Set-up for class.

                   4:45 pm - 5:30 pm  Supper (Provided by Guild)

                   5:30 pm - 8:30 pm  Workshop by Dr Susan Kruszynski

From her two new books, Dr. Susan Kruszynski will share with you the art of collage landscaping as you create a bookmark.  Everyone will make a lakeshore bookmark, and you will select from over a dozen designs for your second choice. 

Bookmarks are easy to make, fun, and ever so addictive!

Supply List: Some items provided, others you will need to bring.

Provided:

· Two Kits, which include:  · Fabrics (all backed w/ iron-on adhesive) & · 2½”x 7½” batting and backing (2)

· Parchment paper

· Iron and board

Some supplies also available to share:

· Small, sharp scissors

· Rotary cutter (28mm)

· Threads in many colors

· Tweezers

Need to Bring:

· Sewing Machine with basic accessories

· Presser foot:  Open toe or Clear foot is preferred for better view of stitching

· Small ruler and mat

· Threads in different shades

        Tans,  Browns,  Blues, Greens, Black and White

There will be some of the following items to share, but feel free to bring your own.

· Small, sharp scissors for fussy cutting, i.e. Karen Kaye Buckley Perfect Scissors

· Rotary cutter (28mm)

· Tweezers

· Travel iron and board
